Vance Shutes works with people who have a real estate need, and are considering hiring a real estate professional. He helps them to analyze their needs in today’s real estate climate, and has the capabilities to provide a full level of real estate service.
Shutes began his career as a full-time Realtor in 1994, and presently holds the title of Associate Broker with Real Estate One. He is a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, Shutes is comfortable in the spotlight of Real Estate sales. He has earned the designation of QSC, or Quality Service Certification, which less than 25,000 of the nation’s 1 million+ Realtors have earned. Shutes has served the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors as its 2004 President. He has also served as a member of the Public Policy committee at the Michigan Association of Realtors.
Shutes grew up in Ann Arbor, and presently resides in Saline. He has sold properties from South Lyon to Dundee, from Clinton to Canton, and specializes in his “hometowns” of Ann Arbor and Saline. He looks forward to serving your Real Estate needs.
